Branson Rogers possesses an unflagging passion for helping injury victims, and his strong work ethic and commitment to the law have greatly benefited our clients and advanced the mission of Zinda Law Group. A personal injury attorney at the firm’s headquarters in Austin, he focuses his practice on cases involving automobile collisions, product injuries, dog bites, premises liability, and more.
Raised in Longview, Texas, Branson first discovered his interest in the law when he fought an unfair parking ticket in high school. For his case, he presented a detailed report on existing statutes and the facts of the incident to the court. By mounting such a passionate defense, he not only received a significant reduction to his citation but also earned the respect of the judge and police officers.
Today, Branson continues to bring that deep-seated desire for justice to all his cases. He prides himself on his singular ability to relate to people from all walks of life, and his favorite aspect of his career is giving a powerful voice to injury victims who are facing multibillion-dollar insurance companies.
Branson graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from Texas A&M University and went on to receive a full-tuition scholarship to the Baylor University School of Law, where he earned his juris doctorate.
During law school, Branson served as an articles editor for the Baylor University Law Review and as a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Prior to joining Zinda Law Group, he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as a clerk at respected law firms.
Active in his professional community, Branson is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. In his leisure hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, as well as traveling and cheering on the Fightin’ Texas Aggie and Dallas Cowboys football teams.

From the first time I went there through the end they were transparent, honest, and supportive
I cannot thank Jason Aldridge , Neil Solomon, Branson, and Nicole for the amazing job they did with my and my sons cases. From the first time I went there through the end they were transparent, honest, and supportive. My car accident happened with my son in the car and it took a physical and mental/emotional toll on us. Not once did I feel my claim was any less important than the ones with extreme injuries and money to be had.
I told them my goal was to get healthy, pay medical bills and get enough extra to Cover the out of pocket costs on my car. They got me more than that. I was able to recover, ask questions, and assured never forgotten with case updates. Financially we probably could have gotten more but understood the trauma that could cause my son so they closed as quickly as possible. I will forever be grateful to them for their patience, kindness and integrity. Plus they have great personalities!! Thank you Jason and Neil and the team at Zinda!
